Don't go for experience, it's there as a filler it seems
The good thingsGood atmosphere, the regular customers was the reason to come into work, the older staff was always helpful.
The challengesVM no where to be seen some days, HR is a joke and only sees what is on paper. Better now apparently but was disgusting during the time I worked there, staff not knowing how to clean bar taps or bar guns properly or even basic cleaning tasks were never shown to staff who were there for 5+ years
