    The challengesCustomer service handling is not easy; however, it's a matter of being accustomed to criticism and learning from it to work on areas of improvement. Being able to turn criticism into a direction of improvement is a positive skill to exercise in many fields of work. Whilst this is one factor I consider challenging, it has heightened my ability to communicate, learn, understand, empathise and satisfy. A balance of humanity and professionalism works hand in hand in all areas of a Customer Service role.

    The good thingsthe team members are great, customers aren't too bad, great discounts. really easy for a fast food job.
    The challengesmanagement can become very toxic very quickly. if they don't like you, you won't get shifts. overworking their shift leaders, some working full time hours on part time rates. pay isn't worth what you work.
