The good thingsGreat leadership! Leaders always trying to make things better or adjust to the needs of employees to meet work requirements. Very open in communicating company objectives, work processes and the do's and dont's while in employment.
The challengesWork life balance is always a challenge at call centres with business needs and shifts rostering. Management tries to accomodate but at times may not suit an individual. Hardly any benefit of substance for an employee.
