Very understanding of parent/caring responsibilities and the challenges that come with that. Great team environment. Lots of opportunities for learning and development. Lots of opportunities for mobility within the agency. The pay at each level is high for the APS. Continuous support for people especially who are in difficult or sensitive roles. You are encouraged to share your ideas.
The challengesWe have had lots of change in the last few years, so the agency and leadership team has been working through that. Some new strategies have been developed to improve lots of areas, there will be lots of projects and initiatives to achieve those goals, and it will require dedication, support for employees and commitment at all levels.
