Terrible, it used to be a great place to work with LOTS of opportunities and incentives, However the company has been solely focused on sales at any cost which has had a negative impact on employee morale and retention and staff incentives have been taken away with LOTS of broken promises around those incentives, Stay clear of this company.

Experience could have been better

The good thingsMany projects and understaffed hence enough to do for those employed. Work-life balance is fine. Management striving to work towards a new chapter in the business. Ideally located by the harbour with several food options to choose from.

The challengesNot much work recognition. Everyone is in a grind. Management lacks proper leadership and direction. Very easy to lose focus as priorities keep changing.
