Great perks and pay, job itself can be quite repetitive.The good thingsCostco takes good care of their staff in terms of perks, workplace safety and they gave me a bonus for working through covid. There's a lot of different departments which you can move to if one doesn't work out, and the pay is above average.
The challengesI worked in member service which was stressful and i got payed to stand at the door for 8hrs which became very mind numbing, rude customers every now and then but that's retail. Bakery had good management but again, the job itself can get very repetitive and the early hour starts ultimately made me quit
