This is run like a high school back in the 70's
The good thingsThe participants were lovely to work with and a lot of my work colleagues were very supportive.
The challengesThis was a charity organization for many years and now they are trying to run it like a business, but the same people are still in charge who know nothing about running a business. This company runs like an authoritarian regime and it does not seem to want feedback from any of its employees. It is real \"old school\" and it seems to pride itself on this. The employees are not valued at all and they keep talking about the participants and how we need to look after them. But if you do not look after your employees how do they in turn look after the participant.

The good thingsWhat can I say? This is the dream working environment. Management with realistic expectations, who actually support you. Fun, vibrant work environment and fantastic flexibility available to office staff. It would take a drastic change in management for me to ever consider leaving. Fantastic pay rate, well above average. Overall a phenomenal organisation that genuinely cares about employees and participants.
The challengesParking is a little bit of a hassle sometimes as the building is located next to a school, incredibly minor issue.
