Burnie Brae is a not-for-profit community organisation based in Chermside, Brisbane, with over 40 years of heartfelt service to North Brisbane and Moreton Bay. Founded in 1984 by the Rotary Club of Chermside on the site of the former “sunny hillside” Burnie Brae homestead, our mission has always been simple: to bring people together.At Burnie Brae, we’re dedicated to empowering older adults to stay independent, well, and connected - living life on their own terms. I struggled managing with my stress level. My anxiety gets worse after working for more than a year. For me, it was not a good experience at all and I left as I can’t manage my stress anymore and I was not coping due to uncertainty of the changes within the management.
