The good thingsyou can meet some cool people and go fishing, the island has kangaroos that was cool
The challengesthe food is horrible i picked up a eeating disorder from there you pay 7$ for a tiny portion and others get 2nds for free and alot of food, it got to the point that the chefs were expecting us to eat mouldy food, i didnt eat for 7 days but worked every day during that peroid, managment didnt even blink an eye lid to not eating for 7 days the food is just horrible.

The challengesEverything. There's so much wrong with the place I don't know where to begin. But the biggest thing that effects nearly every person I met there, is if you need visa hours, they will purposefully give you less hours to keep you longer. If you request a specific shift, you'll get the opposites and you are expected to be grateful for the very very little they give you as 'benefits', such as, 25% discount from island restaurants. Managers openly discussed how to force staff to leave on their own accord during quite periods.
Also there is what looks like black mould in both staff accommodation and guests rooms. Guest rooms are worse off as the humidity has caused significant damage to the walls and ceiling, which is causing some ceilings to collapse.
