People leave due to bad management, wrong people in senior leadership, system issues never ending, inefficient, disorganised, full of surprises every week you never know what role you will get yourself into, the next thing you know your hours changed, there is poor communication, division, unclear roles & expectations, low wage, they simply do not care about employees, save yourself the mental dilemma, the turn over rate every July read the reviews they all true.

Connecting to members, I've had some lovely conversations with members and they are always understanding.
Found some life long friendships
The challengesThe job is mentally draining.
The system doesn't work and no evidence of improvement
