What’s it like working at DHL?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at DHL appreciate their friendly and supportive colleagues, with many noting the positive work environment and good teamwork. The work/life balance is valued, particularly the absence of weekend work and flexibility between work and personal life. Additionally, employees mention opportunities for growth and the ability to retrain in different departments.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as management concerns regarding leadership skills, communication and support at certain sites. Some locations have experienced workplace culture issues, including cliques and lower staff morale. The workload can be demanding with expectations to work quickly and occasionally long hours during peak periods. Technology and systems could be improved, and some employees feel that compensation could be better aligned with company growth.
