The best tour company, with long, unpredictable hours.
The good thingsWell organised workplace where employees know what is expected of them and are given the tools to do the job. Very well maintained vehicles which are a pleasure to drive. Schedules are achievable and work is easy and fun. Clear procedures and fully compliant with dept. of transport. Management is approachable and drivers work well together. Good support. Helpful in-house workshop. Very professional.
The challengesExtra work is often in high demand. Working times / details not known until late pm day before. Early starts, late finishes, with no consistent pattern. Difficult to have family life / work balance. Some split days and unpaid gaps mean gate-to-gate time is often longer than paid-time.
