Love my workplace - even more so with the new, fresh approach coming into being.
The good thingsRewarding clinical work.
Very supportive team
Huge changes for the better in the last 12 months - much more flexibility (& thus work-life balance) which will continue to improve as more resources are rolled out (phones & surface pros)
Much work being done around optimising culture, diversity & inclusivity, mental health first-aid training, supervision for staff
New CEO in last 12 months, relatively new GM of AH&Vols, new GM of Nursing (being recruited) - a fresh approach. There is a new openness to ideas.

New CEO has been a breath of fresh air and change. EPC are definately passionate about client-centred care the clinical teams are well supported. Administrative and other support roles don't get the same opportunities but do their best with what they can considering its a not-for-profit with limited resources.

The challengesNursing as a role is very confined by the EBA of the workplace, however I feel more supported, encouraged and appreciated here than I have at any other health care workplace.
