    The best and most supportive company I’ve worked for.
    The good thingsI really enjoyed the people and the workplace culture. Everyone was incredibly supportive, friendly, and welcoming, which made it easy to feel comfortable and part of the team. The positive environment encouraged collaboration and open communication, and I always felt respected and valued. It created a great atmosphere to work in and made coming to work something I genuinely looked forward to.
    The challengesAt times, clearer communication around expectations and processes would have been helpful. Improving structure and consistency in certain areas could enhance overall efficiency and team alignment.

    The challenges***Overworked, Underpaid and Undervalued*** • No real job stability and long service leave isn’t available until after 15 years. • The pay gap compared to competitors is huge, I was paid significantly more for the same role in a far less stressful environment. • Management has an old school mindset and doesn’t live up to the company’s stated values. • Very limited flexibility with fixed 8.30-5pm with no give and take. • No genuine opportunities for career progression or professional growth. • It appears they only created a new Seek profile in 2024, likely to remove negative reviews. Overall: Low pay, no benefits, rigid culture, no progression and outdated management. If you’re looking for a supportive and modern workplace with room to grow, this probably isn’t it.
