Organised company who treat their workers well. With great pay and incentives.
The good thingsEnerflow are a great company to work for. Communication was prompt. Being casual I was concerned I would spend time out of work but even with a site transfer it was all seamless. The pay, KPI bonus and other incentives were what encouraged me to take the job but I was grateful to find a good company who look after their workers.
The challengesNo challenges related to Enerflow as a company. I would still be working for them if the rosters hadn't changed to 4:2.
