Warm and welcoming! Overall I enjoyed my time at Envie mainly because I really got along with the members and my co workers they really were a great bunch of girlsThe good thingsThe members and staff are fantastic really warm and welcoming & the classes are really well done its ladies only, it's open from 5am-10pm. Where I was employed it was in a central location. The equipment was is also state of art and easy to use!
The challengesThere weren't too many challenges ....Memberships are quite pricy which were challenging to sell, there's no windows to see outside or televisions to look at! The classes were dictated from hq so they would state what we could and couldn't do, I didn't like how they didn't want staff to monitor members during staffed hours basically do your class then try to sell memberships with a quick chat in between.
