    The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Some managers are quite flexible with working hours which suits employees with kids.
    The challengesPoor management and no recognition at any stage. Progression and internal opportunities are purely based on how well you know the management not based on the skill level or the hard work. Employees are expected to perform at 150% efficiency with no appreciation and support.
