Systems: The system and computer programming is one of the best I have ever worked with and does most of the work for you leaving little room for errors
The challengesA contact centre but never advertised as one. It is customer service plus much, much more! Management use a tyrannical style to run the company. High staff turnover, no exaggeration. Expectations outweigh the low salary, and don't bother asking for a pay increase, but do expect more and more work. Expect feedback to be negative 9/10 meetings and expect lots of workplace gossip as private conversation about others are often had in the open.
