No work/life balance, toxic management, below average salary. The good thingsFriendly colleagues, WFH flexibility, streamlined processes.
The challengesI joined Findex with enthusiasm, hoping for a fulfilling career path. However, my time here has been marred by several disheartening experiences that have significantly impacted my job satisfaction.
Despite my dedication and loyalty to the company, the management's approach has been deeply disappointing. Instances of micromanagement and the failure to honor promises. This unfulfilled promise was brought up in subsequent meetings, only to be denied without valid explanations.
Moreover, the dismissive attitude of the management towards questions during the learning process made it challenging to grow professionally. Rather than fostering a supportive environment, it felt like asking questions was viewed as incompetence.
These experiences have not only affected my productivity but have also taken a toll on my morale. It's disheartening to see potential growth stifled by broken assurances and an unsupportive work culture.
I earnestly hope that Findex can reevaluate its management style and communication practices to create a more conducive and respectful work environment for its employees. Transparent communication, fair recognition for loyalty, and a supportive learning atmosphere could significantly enhance the overall employee experience.
