In 2008, the company commenced when Steven introduced the ever so popular Muscle Milk to Australia; a great tasting, high quality protein drink, available in both ready to drink and powdered options. Flush Fitness started in a tiny 3m x 3m Kennards storage space. Within that year, the business officially launched with a small double stand at FILEX in Sydney to display its first line of products. Due to the company’s rapid growth, in 2012 Flush Fitness needed to relocate to a much larger facility, moving into a 4,000 square metre / 45,000 square foot office and warehouse facility. Again, due to growth, the company now outsources an additional 2 warehouse facilities, each twice this size. From a team that you could count on your fingers in 2008, by 2013, Flush Fitness had a team of 130 involved in showcasing its entire range at the FILEX Fitness Expo.Today, Flush Fitness stands as the largest and leading distributor of Sports Nutrition products across Australia and New Zealand. Importing 30 major brands from the USA, Canada and Europe we are also now the proud distributors of Australian made brands. Flush Fitness distributes its products across 2,500 specialty locations and now distributes consumables across 5,000 FMCG locations including Woolworths, Coles, IGA and Costco supermarkets, Chemist Warehouse and Priceline pharmacies and BP petrol stations across Australia.Leading an incredibly passionate and driven team, Steven plans to continue at the same rapid rate of growth that has seen Flush Fitness turn from a start up company 7 years ago, to the current market leader in sports nutrition and healthy lifestyle products distributing across Australia and New Zealand. The future for Flush Fitness holds diversification into related but unique product fields, always maintaining a strong focus on customer service, which is the core value of the business. Creating a healthy difference in their consumers lives with excellent customer service has seen the company grow a loyal customer base in the specialty and mass channels and has ultimately driven the overall success of the business.Source: this is an extract from the company’s own website
