    The good things- The friends you make working there - Easy job, when you clock off you don't have to take any work home - Not hard to meet KPIs and get bonus if you put in the effort - Great to get experience if you're starting out or rejoining the workforce
    The challenges- Minimum wage for the industry - Not much opportunity to progress - Get in trouble when you are genuinely sick - Cranky customers
