    A great idea
The good thingsThe staff are lovely, most people are helpful and supportive of each other and there is a great focus on responsible lending and the banks role in a responsible and sustainable investor in society as a whole and in the environment.
The challengesIt is a small organisation and there can be a fair bit of juggling to meet efficiency and workload constraints as there are a fair few elements that are still manual which you would not find in a larger organisation.

Great place to grow with a fun team. It's like a start up without the posted notes.
The good thingsSmall company meaning you can stand out and get diverse experience. There are no 'sacred cows'. If you don't like something or see an opportunity it's not difficult to make changes. In fact, it's encouraged. A lot of projects (especially in the tech space) very advanced for size.
The challengesSize means you need to be able to be flexible and adapt to changing needs of the business.
