The challengesManagement - I had bad experiences with the management they don’t know how to treat people. They blow up over little things. I was mistreated and I knew one of the managers didn’t like me and constantly felt like he didn’t want me there. An issue happened with this manager and I got super upset. After this incident none of the managers pulled me aside or called me on my personal number to see if I was ok

Great staff, inept management.I've had the pleasure of working with some truly amazing coworkers here — the team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely makes the day-to-day experience enjoyable. The camaraderie and mutual respect among colleagues are definite highlights of this workplace.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the management. Leadership often seems disconnected from the realities on the ground, and decisions are frequently made without proper communication or consideration of employee impact. There’s a noticeable lack of direction and accountability at the top, and concerns raised by staff are often dismissed or ignored altogether. It creates a sense that upper management is more concerned with appearances than with actually supporting their teams.
Overall, while the people you work with make the job worthwhile, the lack of effective leadership and care from management significantly impacts morale and long-term job satisfaction. At least you keep your tips I suppose.
