    The good thingsRegular customers were lovely, great atmosphere, free drinks, chill shifts
    The challengesNot being paid properly (as in the correct rate and no weekend rates) toxic work environment, management was horrible, getting put on cafe/all rounder position but doing management jobs such as cash closing and running shift but not a manager
