    DISAPPOITMENT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The good thingsThe staff that band together to try and survive each day
The challengesEverything! Poor management with no clue what they are doing, no staff retention as no support, longest term employee is probably 3-4 months as once they hit that mark they know to get out while they can!

The good thingsFellow colleagues who try hard under such difficult circumstances
The challengesShort staffed, Non-supportive management They always put profits before safety and staff welfare

Horrible. Will never work in private health again.
The good thingsLiterally not a single thing. Other nurses in the team were nice but there was no sense of team moral and a major lack of support for one another
The challengesHorrific staffing, always always understaffed and beds always overflowing, patients always complaining and for good reason, management blaming nurses constantly instead of resolving staffing issues or providing support, minimal education apart from computer quizzes only relevant to Healthscope. A huge amount of paperwork that is very doubled up and confusing to fill out as read, doctors are very rude towards nurses, senior nurses are very rude to new staff, medication charts always a mess and extremely difficult to read, medication safety non-existent, getting called every day off to come in due to lack of staffing, staff all burnt out and tired so often grumpy and over stressed
