    Don't waste your time.
The good thingsThe brand is the only good thing and the staff, but upper management is appalling. Toxic workplace. The fact they have had so many CEO's in such a short space is evident enough
The challengesThe organisation in Queensland is about 10 years behind the other states.

I would research a lot about company culture before accepting a role within the organisation as you’ll find micromanagement and winging it is somewhat how they hope to accomplish KPIs, if you like structure then it probably isn’t for you.
The good thingsSome of my work colleagues were great, the people I met day to day were fantastic to connect with and offer services that are much needed
The challengesManagement has no clear direction or long term strategy to determine success, a lot of impulsive decisions with no forethought of how goals are supposed to be accomplished, resources are misused and fingers are pointed when something happens without the understanding of accountability in a leadership position.
