While there are dedicated individuals within the VAN team, I believe there is significant opportunity for growth in fostering a more supportive, transparent, and communicative work environment. Clearer guidance, consistent leadership, and more collaborative approaches could greatly enhance team morale and productivity. Clean out the VAN leadership team and start again CCLHD.
