    The good thingsGreat staff, residents are always lovely, loads of support from staff and managers
    The challengespay rate was a bit low compared to the work you'll be doing, shifts are also hard to get through when its late night

    Valuable job experience that I will never forget.
    The good thingsThe management team were supportive and encouraging. There was an opportunity to progress in the role and creativity was encouraged. The structure was not heirarchal and everybody felt a valued member of the team.
    The challengesKalgoorlie is an isolated city.
