the toxicity, pay and poor workplace behaviour isn't worth the stress

The challengesmost of the management and people higher up are useless. they have no people skills, patience or understanding towards their staff and their needs/requirements.
the pharmacists talk down to you, yell at you...there were a number of times where i'd overhear senior members of staff talk about other staff members behind their backs and watch you on the security cameras for hours on end
senior staff domineer other staff over health conditions and personal life away from work. they also talk about customers.
you are often rushed and criticised
if an issue's raised with management, it only goes so far, but at the end of the day, there is no support
