The good thingsGreat benefits with half price of merchandise, and a few company-wide mental health days
The challengeswork-life balance expectations. It's encouraged to clock off at 5, but the workload is insane and there's not enough staff or budget to hire more people to be able to take on the additional workload, so you end up working well into the night just to stay afloat for the next day. company-wide culture
