    Mixed experience, actively looking for other opportunities.
    The good things9 day fortnight is wonderful. Culture is good, making the best of limited resources we have. Avalon facility is world class.
    The challengesSenior leadership are mixed, communication is mediocre. Budgets are tight. Poor learning and development at present. Salary is not competitive. Software tools are disparate, not integrated and clunky, particularly the engineering related software I have to use. Demanding and unrealistic clients.
