    Run as far and as fast as you can from this company ! They will keep buying more clinics, increasing workload for support office staff, but never employing more resources to help with the added volume. If you are looking to join the P&C team… RUN! That team is toxic. Completely lack empathy and are unethical, despite those being two core values! Save yourself the therapy bills that will be needed after working here, and look anywhere else.
    The good thingsThe lovely, kind people that aren’t in management. Though I hope they leave and find somewhere less toxic to work.
    The challengesThis company only cares about making money. If you’re a clinician, you should utilise time better, see more patients and bring in more money. If you work in Support Office, you are to work to support the clinics, your health, wellbeing and happiness don’t matter.
