In December 2004 Healthscope acquired the Gribbles Pathology brand, which has since enhanced the services of both companies for the greater benefit of our doctors and patients. Healthscope Pathology is comprised of 50 National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accredited laboratories across Australia and in excess of 500 Accredited Collection Centres (ACCs). Healthscope Pathology also encompasses international laboratory operations throughout New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. I am happy to have a job that pays an average wage. I love what I specifically do in the lab, but management don't care about staff or patients.

The good thingsMost of the general lab staff are lovely caring people.

The challengesNo respect from management. Profits above people. Management expect over-time to be done for free. No staff replacement and ongoing staff reduction and stressful work-loads.
