What’s it like working at Hepburn Health Service?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Hepburn Health Service appreciated the lovely people, particularly in the Community Health team, as well as the diversity of workforce and opportunities to expand their knowledge to meet local needs. The varied work with different challenges day-to-day was also viewed positively.

However, some potential challenges were noted, such as poor communication from upper management, the Creswick campus being under-resourced compared to others, a poorly held perception of the organisation in the community, and a small workforce limiting career advancement opportunities for some.
