    A typical place to earn and make a living-workplave it is.
    The good thingsWorking in shifting schedules, one can easily channel roster concerns, since its a typical 53-bed capacity institution wherein everyone is within reach, and everyone just knows each other.
    The challengesPolitics can be tricky here and there is no established system whatsoever on most things. Most of the time, whats being done is done just because that is how some wanted it to be and that is how it has been over the years. Most people have been in the institution long and its just not very easy to impose change.
