    Supportive team feels like family, but management will consistently fail you
    The good thingsThe team on the ground are wonderful to work with, supportive of each other and genuinely care about the safety and wellbeing of patients.
    The challengesI have never worked under an executive leadership team who were more completely disengaged from everything and everyone under their roof. Consistently lazy decision making. Disrespectful of their staff, many of whom have a wealth of experience and knowledge in their individual field but are invariably treated like they have no value and nothing to contribute. There is little opportunity for merit-based advancement in non-clinical areas, although if you're barely competent you may find yourself being hired as a middle manager.

    The challengesFinding other staff that were friendly and willing to help, not easy to come by. A very rude workplace in regards to staff and if someone has a higher paying job than you, you're regarded as way below them and they won't talk or help you.
