    I would not recommend working here to anyone and there`s no career growth except continuous complaints from residents and management

    The challengesDealing with the management with enormous amount of work that put on every-week for very little pay you get and you cannot explain something to the management because they just don`t want to know your side of the story. It`s all about them all the time.
