A professional, fast‑paced Executive Assistant role and exposure to senior leadership.
The good thingsWorking as an Executive Assistant at IBN has been a solid and professional experience. The organisation is well run and has a clear focus on delivering outcomes. The role provided good exposure and being part of the senior leadership and required a high level of organisation, discretion, adaptability and agility. Communication is generally open, and collaboration across teams is encouraged. IBN offers opportunities to develop skills and gain experience in a busy, fast‑paced setting. The work can be demanding at times, but the environment is respectful, and there is scope to make improvements which is openly welcomed. The team are dedicated and collaborative.
The challengesThe only challenges would be some peak periods - however this is in most companies and nothing out of the norm.
