Good on paper, but initiatives to take care of staff need to be revised.
The good thingsA sense of community is strongly fostered.
The challengesIf you have ideas outside the community, you are penalised. There exists great initiatives to take care of staff within Icon, however, there is a gap in implementing these initiatives practically. What is the rationale behind developing fanciful schemes and distributing colourful posters, if they are not measured for effectiveness?

    Poor management and little opportunity
The good thingsNice people at the mid and junior levels. Growing business with lots happening.
The challengesManagement is only concerned with how they look to those above them (even more so in the finance division). Staff are over worked and under appreciated. Expectations are too much and the systems don't make things in easier. Very difficult to get promoted.
