The good thingsCustomers were great and cheerful.
The challengesManagement and culture is terrible. Minimum wage paid with expectation of maximum effort. No penalty rates given, only time in liue. No breaks during the peak of the season.

Hard to get ahead in this job but cruisy work.
The good things Flexible hrs and easy working conditions.
The challengesWorking on weekends when deliveries are happening. Was a nice cruisy place to work but didn't really go anywhere. Money was poor and because we were on salary there was no paid overtime only time in lieu, yet they where happy to pay contractors to come in after hrs. Good job for someone who older who already owns everything..
