    Soul crushing and absolutely disgusting the way I was treated and what they did to me was appalling!
    The good thingsThe only thing I enjoyed about working here was the elderly and disabled people I got to interact with and help. Also the Manager of this Showroom was absolutely lovely.
    The challengesUpper management and training. I was sent to the Fyshwick showroom for training for a week but management and staff there were too busy doing their own thing and didn't teach me a single thing. Also some of the staff were absolutely rude.

    Altogether the most unpleasant experience ever spent working for a company.
    The good things nothing during any workday was remotely enjoyable
    The challengesonboarding process ILS didnt have one. ILS state they foster a professional and supportive working environment. I would suggest that they go back to the drawing board and rethink this untruthful statement
