The good thingsSome really good people with lots of knowledge.
The challengesAfter mergers with other companies and change of management, the leadership is poor and almost non existent. Overloaded with work and little care for worn out staff.

Lovely team, shame the management don't value their hardest working staff members.
The good thingsDirect team are great people who are always willing to help.
The challengesHalf the departments staff are over-worked, the other departments are over-staffed and sit there twiddling their thumbs. Management are only interested in making as much money as possible & do not care for their staff.

I found my long-term career with Infrastructure Products Australia.
The good things*A great place to work for those looking to join a team of dedicated professionals in the manufacturing industry. *There are some excellent career opportunities both nationally and internationally that come from being a CRH company. Some of the team have travelled to Europe and the US to further develop their professional profile and work with our sister companies leading the way in infrastructure innovation worldwide. *There is a range of departments, positions and locations meaning there's always more to learn and opportunities to develop in different areas. *You are a part of something much bigger and you're supported 100% of the way.
The challengesThere aren't challenges, just opportunities.
