The good thingsNothing at all. There was nothing worthwhile about this place

The challengesThe management culture is toxic and stressful. One manager openly admits to being “pedantic,” but her constant stress and micromanagement create a tense, unhealthy environment. Another manager is openly disrespectful, especially toward younger staff. I was screamed at over a minor Microsoft Teams delay that caused me to speak over her, and later blamed when she misheard a question and gave me the wrong answer. After I resigned, the first manager even came to my home demanding a backpack that had been gifted to me. The company also falsely stated on my separation certificate that I was fired when I resigned voluntarily. I was reprimanded for wearing an appropriate shirt because it was deemed “distracting” to men, which felt outdated and insulting. Overall, this workplace offers high stress, no tolerance for mistakes, no humanity, and a boring role. I would not recommend working here.

Overall, a poor experience. H&W Manager lacks integrity and does not have the attributes / experience to manage people (and shouldn't be). 3 RTW Advisors have exited the business in 6 months. Executive - level management excellent!

Ordinary. Role far too small.

The good thingsGreat location with a great cafe downstairs.

The challengesA very strange culture. In my role, the focus was on the wrong things. To use an analogy, the building could be burning down, but the main issue for leaders would be a fireman swearing whilst he tries to save your home.
