A good experience, nice people in the office, but my full-time role was clearly not secure at all.
The good thingsThe co-workers were hard working friendly people, I enjoyed driving the mail around in a nice car and administrating there.
The challengesWasn't given a fair chance to prove myself, lasted only three weeks and considered slow despite doing my absolute best. Poor wages for the level of effort and expectations in the job.

Large workshop, a variety of cars to work on, many of which are hybrids. The position I went for also had the potential of a auto sparky trade after 4 years of my apprenticeship, so dual trade can be considered. Hap-hazard warranty parts section of the work shed I worked in and a few sea containers in the parking lot messily 'packed' inside. However many of the guys are pressed under time and good people.
The good thingsGood work colleagues, honest and they'll give you a hand when you ask for it.
The challengesTold I'd be working in the wash bay for 6-12 months while on apprentice wages with the label as one, however doing no mechanical work what so ever... Days start from around 6:30AM and finish anytime after 4pm depending on workload. Overtime is "Mandatory". Don't detail work just get it done.
