There is no work/life balance, poor communication and over worked employees.
The good thingsWorked with some talented educators who wanted to make a difference.
The challengesHowever, it is always under staffed; ratios were tight. The co-workers were in their own cliques and generally unwelcoming. Almost everyone looks miserable unless a parent walks in. You have to go in early to do 'job's which is unpaid and the place is run on trainees. The work/life balance is poor, leading to burn out.
