The good thingsGreat location for access to nature and great lunch options. There are some lovely people here wanted by to drive positive change through collaboration. Some people are very warm and welcoming.

The challengesThe procedures in general are very dated, rigid and restrictive. There are lots of people here wanting to fix the culture and experience of the organisation, however no one is given the autonomy or authority to deliver positive change here.

The good thingsCompany culture, diversity, friendly/caring leadership and coworkers, work life balance

The challengesResources and training for my specific role is still being finalised so it was a bit tricky when starting. This resource is almost complete so others won’t have this issue. But all other company/HR training has been great.
