    Disappointing! The pay was good, but when you are treated so poorly, it's not worth it

    The challengesThese were endless. Unfriendly staff, terrible management, unreasonable work load. Having leave approved and then being rostered on to work. Senior management provides no support and just protects their own. Very money driven business.

    Great Hospital to work for.
    The good things‘No Lifts’ policy is The Best policy from this hospital. My Supervisor and Manager are supportive. Positive working environment and workmates. Wage is good, do more hours if you need more money.
