A good place to locum for a couple of months, but not somewhere I would like to work long-term
The good thingsThe Radiology department staff were mostly friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed my time as a locum radiographer there.
The challengesManagement not well respected by many staff members with a fair bit of bad-mouthing and discord. A lot of on-call work which made for a very poor work/life balance - that was on top of long working days, so it was a very tiring job with not a lot of support.
