What’s it like working at Lexus Dealerships?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Lexus Dealerships appreciate the positive team environment and great company culture that fosters a family-like atmosphere. They value the excellent mentoring and training opportunities, particularly in the service department, as well as the benefits offered, such as discounts on cars.

However, some potential challenges include the long hours required in the car industry, which can impact work-life balance. Managing a high volume of rapidly incoming phone calls and stock orders can be demanding at times. Additionally, meeting ever-increasing customer expectations can be challenging, leaving little room for error. A few reviewers also noted limited opportunities for progression, particularly in a male-dominated industry.

I'll never forget my experience, and am extremely thankful for the opportunities I was given - thank you team McCarroll's.
The good thingsWorking for a family owned business can be challenging and rewarding for different reasons. Not being a large corporate means that there is additional responsibility placed upon all members of teams. The benefit is that you are working for a company owned by a lovely family.
The challengesChallenging brand at times, but you constantly need to power through and reinvent yourself and the dealerships offerings. Ever increasing customer expectations leaves very zero margin for error.
