Seven years within this tremendous company has provided me with a lot of excellence within the industry as well as a lot of self improvement through extensive support and training. Whilst I've had some rather displeasurable experiences with other staff members and previous management, staying in my own ground and proving my self worth has proved to seniorities that I am but one person. This is a highly specialised field and one should always provide that excellent customer experience.

The good thingsBountiful assistance when and where needed, pleasurable company and support systems in place.

The challengesGetting the support isn't always in a timely manner. Although they are on a "Better Journeys" pathway there is still a few employees that seem unwelcoming.
